If you have received the email titled "Hit Box: Test Email and Subscription Confirmation"
- Open the email to make sure it reads like the image below.
- You should be ready to receive the Cross|Up pre-order announcement.
- If you do not wish to receive emails from us, then please unsubscribe.
If you have not received the email, and have subscribed since December 2020:
- Check your inbox and spam for a subscription confirmation email from us (image below).
- If you did not receive that email, follow the instructions below.
If you have not received the email, and subscribed before December 2020:
- Resubscribe
- Use this link to resubscribe: https://www.hitboxarcade.com/products/cross-up
- Once you enter your email and prove you are not a robot, you should see something like the image below.
- In addition, you should receive an email that looks like the next image. (Check your spam just in case.)
- Confirm your subscription via the email.
- When you resubscribe and you do not see the "Thanks for subscribing" notification, or do not receive the subscription confirmation email within 24 hours, please email us at: community@hitboxarcade.com.
We want to ensure that we are able to inform our fans and supporters of not only the Cross|Up pre-order but any huge announcements we make in the future. We hope these instructions can help us get that information to you.
