Hit Box ULTRA - PS5 Troubleshoot


Some Hit Box ULTRA users may experience some connection issues on the PS5. 

Here is what is recommended.

1 - Connect the Hit Box ULTRA to the back ports of the PS5

2 - Change the PS5 connection settings

  • Go to the PS5 Home Menu
  • Go to "Settings"
  • Select "Accessories"
  • Select "Controller (General)"
  • Select "Communication Method"
  • Then choose "Use USB Cable"

This should solve any issues you may have connecting to the PS5.
